"These guys are the best! I just picked up my Boulevard M109R Limited Edition today. I called up, said I wanted it, put the deposit down to hold it from those of you that wanted it too, and ended up with it 48 hours later.
We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Zach took great care of me and made sure the bike was exactly how I wanted it when I got there.
They were friendly, walked me through the ins and outs of the bike and I simply couldn't be happier! Also the price was WAY below anyone else on the web or at any other dealership.
If you want a bike you have to come to these guys. Their gear department was awesome too. Attentive, great customer service, and gave some spot on advice and suggestions on helmets, gloves, and the blue tooth headset I picked up.
Come to these guys or end up paying too much and getting less than stellar service.

"I just bought 2 bikes SUZUKI GSX-R 1000 from Ultimatecycle. I went all the way from Kansas to Ultimatecycle in Richmond, VA to buy them. I was looking for 2 bikes nobody has them together. They just have one, but Ultimatecycle has both of them and more. It is really a big dealership. I called (Pete) he is very nice person. He helped me a lot he picked me up from the Airport which is 20 mins. far from the dealership.
Even in future if I want to buy a bike, I would buy it from Utimatecycle.

"On 5-7-2011 I bought a Vulcan Voyager 2010 from Ultimate Cycle. I had attempedt to do business with a closer to my home Kawasaki Dealer but after 21 days being told my bike had been shipped from West Coast. Two different times i was told the bike was to be deliveried. Won't call names,but buying 2 bikes with cash. I then set out to end any deals with that dealer.My mind then said stop by Ultimate Cycle, been there before. Well it was a whole different ball game. Didn't feel that bum rush,where you walk in sales people run you over! First contact was with Pete Daniel. Told him what I wanted and he gave me options . I then advised him what I needed to do first and I would return. On my return it was Steve Carpenter that I dealt with. Steve's first contact was just as great and warm. Carried me to parts for helmets and a cover while he started the paper work.Parts Department was great as well. Steve walked me through all my paper work answered any & all my questions I had at that time. On the day of pick up. Steve was even greater.He wouldn't let me have the keys until we went over everything about the bike. It was step1 at a time then questions. Answers then to step 2 and on until we finished. Steve even gave advice on some short road trips to perpare for a trip to bike week. Steve again asked if I had any more questions. Told him no but if any came up I would call or be back. We loaded the bike and strapped it down.Steve requested that I call him when I got home with the bike and unloaded. Did make the call bike was home safe and sound. Ultimate Cycles and all staff rates a 5 star. Steve Carpenter rates a 5 star and sales person of the week."

"I tried using the on line finance form and it worked great. Steve Carpenter called and everything was a go for purchase. I drove almost 2 hours and they stayed open and hour past their closing to help me and my daughter. I saved close to two thousand dollars and they even gave my daughter a nice jacket for free since they heard her ask me for it and I said we would come back to get it for here since I figured the sales counter was closed. They told me to take my time to check the accessory section before I left and I was never pressured from them to shut the store down or to add or buy any service or accessories that I didn't want or need at the time of contract signage. "I had my bike fitted with a dynojet power commander and custom map on there dyno machine and i will have to say i thought it would not matter what type of power commander i had on the bike but i was wrong i had a cobra2000 that i installed but they told me you could not tune it enuff.. It was pree set . so i had them put the dynojet usb on my bike and custom map my fuel and let me tell you what a world of difference it makes those guys really no what there doing... I just wanted to say thanks to the guys at ultimate cycle for the knew experince on my kawasiki vn1600."

"If you are in the market for a new bike of any kind look no further then Ultimate Cycle... I just purchased a 2009 KX450F.... After taken it out on my first day of riden I was a little brave and wreaked the bike... I needed to get the handlebars adjusted and took the bike back to the shop. It was Saturday afternoon and they where getting ready to close. Pete, the owner, knew I had plans to ride the next day which was Sunday. Rather then making me wait until Monday to get my bike fixed, he and another employee went into the shop on Sunday morning which is there day off and fixed my bike so I could have it for the day... I picked up the bike Sunday morning around 10:00... Now I know you maybe asking yourself, WOW!! I would hate to get that bill, but that is not what this place is all about... They went in on there day off and completly fixed my bike and would not even allow me to give them a Cash$$$ tip for the trouble.... It did not cost me a dime!!!!

"I have use Ultimate Cycle in the past for parts on my old Ninja ZX6R. I wanted a new ZZR600 and went back in and had great results. Pete was an honest up front guy that met me right away and answered every question. Alfie took care of the rest of the deal and he did a great job finishing the deal. "I walked-in to Ultimate Cyle after leaving a major bike dealership. It was a "BIG" differance. Pete and his staff treated me like a person/member of thier family, not just a sale. They didn't push anything on me. After I chose what I was interested in; which was a (08 Kawaski ZZR600). I sat down with Pete and talked the price. He told me everthing straight up. He didn't hide any extra fees or try to sneek anything in. Like the Big dealers tried to do. Which impressed me. After that he earned my "trust". which means everything. I told him with my credit I couldn't get a loan for a pack of gum. Pete said "give me 24hrs", and not to give up. He has a long list of finance co. It took maybe a half-day and he called me back. Not to tell me he couldn't help me,but to tell me to come sign the papers for my new motorcycle! Thier was no rediculouse down payment nor high finance charge. For all pete and his staff have done for me I just want to say THANK-YOU very much,and I'm now very proud and honored to be a member of the Ultimate Cycle family. "We just got a new KX and it rocks! The new owner came over and thanked us for buying the bike. We also were introduced to the service manager, Mr.Wes and saw the service area. The people in parts were very nice and did not rush us and gave us good advice on what type of helmet and other things to get.
