"Came in to look at the 900 Vulcan with my family, as my son and wife rides with me at times. I was not looking that day to buy my new bike. I addmitt I had been shopping all over the area. When I asked Pete what his bottom dollar price was, I could not afford to pass it up. He gave me a price of over a thousand $ less than anyone else in the area. If anyone is looking for or at least thinking of buying a new bike (even if it is only new to them) I would go buy and at least talk to them. It is worth time and money at least less of it."

"I had my bike fitted with a dynojet power commander and custom map on there dyno machine and i will have to say i thought it would not matter what type of power commander i had on the bike but i was wrong i had a cobra2000 that i installed but they told me you could not tune it enuff.. It was pree set . so i had them put the dynojet usb on my bike and custom map my fuel and let me tell you what a world of difference it makes those guys really no what there doing... I just wanted to say thanks to the guys at ultimate cycle for the knew experince on my kawasiki vn1600."

"Ultimate Cycle special ordered some aftermarket pipes for my New Suzuki C109, The parts dept. kept me up to date with the numerous back orders from the suppliers. They finally arrived and the service dept. had them installed, dyno'd and custom mapped in less than 2 days. And it runs SA-WEET! Thanks guys and girls.

"If you are in the market for a new bike of any kind look no further then Ultimate Cycle... I just purchased a 2009 KX450F.... After taken it out on my first day of riden I was a little brave and wreaked the bike... I needed to get the handlebars adjusted and took the bike back to the shop. It was Saturday afternoon and they where getting ready to close. Pete, the owner, knew I had plans to ride the next day which was Sunday. Rather then making me wait until Monday to get my bike fixed, he and another employee went into the shop on Sunday morning which is there day off and fixed my bike so I could have it for the day... I picked up the bike Sunday morning around 10:00... Now I know you maybe asking yourself, WOW!! I would hate to get that bill, but that is not what this place is all about... They went in on there day off and completly fixed my bike and would not even allow me to give them a Cash$$$ tip for the trouble.... It did not cost me a dime!!!!
That's what I call customer service... Thanks Pete and staff, I am loving the bike...."

"I have use Ultimate Cycle in the past for parts on my old Ninja ZX6R. I wanted a new ZZR600 and went back in and had great results. Pete was an honest up front guy that met me right away and answered every question. Alfie took care of the rest of the deal and he did a great job finishing the deal. "I walked-in to Ultimate Cyle after leaving a major bike dealership. It was a "BIG" differance. Pete and his staff treated me like a person/member of thier family, not just a sale. They didn't push anything on me. After I chose what I was interested in; which was a (08 Kawaski ZZR600). I sat down with Pete and talked the price. He told me everthing straight up. He didn't hide any extra fees or try to sneek anything in. Like the Big dealers tried to do. Which impressed me. After that he earned my "trust". which means everything. I told him with my credit I couldn't get a loan for a pack of gum. Pete said "give me 24hrs", and not to give up. He has a long list of finance co. It took maybe a half-day and he called me back. Not to tell me he couldn't help me,but to tell me to come sign the papers for my new motorcycle! Thier was no rediculouse down payment nor high finance charge. For all pete and his staff have done for me I just want to say THANK-YOU very much,and I'm now very proud and honored to be a member of the Ultimate Cycle family. To anyone looking to buy a motorcycle,atv,jetski, etc. You will not find a nicer,devoted,more HONEST team/family then Pete and staff.
